You must read this before you advertise or request to affiliate, otherwise your add WILL be deleted promptly. And I check.
1. Your site must be relatively active.
2. Your site must not look like it was made in three seconds, it must have a skin other than default and it must look reasonable. No horribly clashing colors or hard-to-read text, or terrible spelling/grammar.
3. Your site must have an advertising board in which GUESTS can post. If it does not, you must post our advertisement yourself, and I CHECK!!
4. All advertising in the wrong place (outside of this board) will be deleted immediately.
5. Do not post "Please join, we need members!" and a link to your site, that doesn't tell us anything and not only is it unattractive, but I will delete it. You are not serious enough about your ad.
6. Do not bump your posts until they are no longer on the first page. If you want to add something, don't post twice, edit your previous post. No need to strike up conversations about a site on the advertising page, unless it is urgent.
7. If you request to affiliate, you MUST put up our banner on your site where it is plainly visible, not in a scroller with a million other sites (scrollers are fine, but if there are too many banners in it, try making two), nor in a displayer in which you have to scroll down extremely far to view.
8. If you are affiliating, your banner must work, or at least the alt text must work. If your link is directing clickers to the wrong place, or if your banner becomes a 'this photo was moved or deleted --photobucket' or a symbol that looks like a ripped paper, then I will delete your banner.
9. Your affiliate banner must be no larger than 100px
